Education is not a problem
Education is an opportunity

color, until education is
unaware of race, until
opportunity is unconcerned
with the color of men's
skins, emancipation will be
a proclamation but not a
fact.
Lyndon B. Johnson

The principle goa; of
education in the schools
should be creating men and
women who are capables, not
simply repeating what other
generations have done.
Jean Piaget

Scientific knowledge is in
perpetual evolution, it finds
itself changed from one day
to the next.

  1. Cotati,

I love the first quote you posted by Jean Piaget. It is so important to review our education system on a per generation basis and see what makes our people competent for the next few generations. Some of the fundamentals cannot be changed for sure but the approach to making these fundamentals relevant and meaningful is indeed an important point to focus on. Thanks for sharing the quote!
